How and when would you introduce the money talk during an interview? Any advice on the matter?

Just had an interview (after watching this) with a previous coworker looking for a designer. The first half was complaining about our previous job lol But then we moved on with the interview. You're right, kinda leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Not worth it.
