DELHIVERY have the Worst Customer service in India, They are extremely unprofessional and rude. The only way to raise any issue is to raise tickets, which you won't get a response to. There is no point of contact or customer service helpline number. Beware if you are sending a shipment with them specily to tier-2 and tier-3 cities in India.

Everyone who is facing this issue , for the time being immediately block your mode of payment and try to change the upi pin instantly and then block your account and just change it or else there will be continuous deduction of amount

Happened with me today this scared the shitbout of me. People saying how do you fall for such scams, trust me it’s not ike those other fake scam calls these scammers have very good accent , background voice, empathy and speak good English they have very high convincing power

I got a call like this last month. The lady asked me to come to their office, sign a few documents and provide them with a written statement.

I asked for her ID. Haven't heard from her ever since.

Happened to me as well but somehow I got alert when they asked me to send the money. Because bank(RBI) will never ask us to share important details over the phone call and never ask to transfer the money. From that point I get alerted.

Fir Maine delivery man Jo mere pin code per aate hai sabko call kar k Polish comlain ki dhamki di , uske baad 1 gante k under Mera parcel muje mill Gaya
Wo pura fata hua tha , open karke uske under se thoda saman nikal Diya tha, bill fata hua chipka k laga Diya, mai fir bhi khush tha Kam se Kam aadha maal to mil gaya

Dear Brother, I filed complaint to Consumer Court, Government of India with Grievance No. 4904876 as below:
Dear Sir; I ordered DuroFlex Livein 2in1 Reversible 72x60 Queen Size Mattress with Order ID: OD328854641813757100, dated 10 Aug 2023 and it has been delivered by EKart Courier Boy on 22 Aug 2023. But unfortunately the product inside was cheap quality brand less mattress and I felt to be cheated. I made complaint on Phone to Flipkart Customer Care and they’ve accepted replacement request. Courier Boy came to Pick up Mattress but they denied to accept it as it’s not of DuroFlex Company which is actually a reason for which I requested replacement! Kindly do needful to get justice for me and take strict action against those who are responsible for this Scam!
