My phone is now locked in safe mode and I can't reset or format it, please advise a way to turn it on

I need to do this but my screen is messed up and just flashes . I can't read anything that's why I'm sending it in to get fixed and the company said I need to factory reset it

thanks that helped! got this issue with moisture detected thing going on when i know my phone didnt get into any kind of moisture, then it got stuck on this reboot thing then booted again for some reason, still popped the moisture notification so i couldnt charge it, turned it off, then the next morning it worked without the notification for some reason then i keep getting these serious software problems. so now im resetting hopefully it fixes it

Literally got the phone today unboxed and out of excitement typed out the wrong damn code... i didn't know until later today because i had my fingerprint but then i decided to software update... yeah safe to say that didnt work out and after updating my phone was locked. this is the only tutorial that worked so thank you

You don't need to plug it in to do this. I've done it several times to wipe the cache partition and haven't plugged it in to anything. Just do all he shows but not plugged in.

I have a new S22 Ultra 1TB android 12 One UI 4.1 Exynos 2200. There is no OEM toggle button in developers options. Also in the Snapdragon version there is no OEM toggle button in developers options.
I have tried all the videos on recovering the OEM button missing. Do you know how to find my OEM button? Can you create a video on the S22 Ultra Exynos 2200 on the OEM button. Thank you.
