i have downloaded react bootstrap and did what you said in video but i am stuck at container my container is not working at react app ... it doesnot leave space in the begining

If your react page's bg turns blue after importing bootstrap in the component, remove the import and just use the <iframe></iframe> tags. If the <Container/> tags are the issue don't use them and just adjust the size of the video frame manually via css
