That's why i found Tai Chi... PAIN. I had arthritis in both knees from years of driving. After a couple of years of Tai Chi, knees aren't hurting as much, anymore.
ОтветитьGrazie ancora, 🙏

ОтветитьKönntet ihr deutsche untertitel ermöglichen?
It's possible to make german subtitles?
Thank you for this video. I have met many people with knee problems who practice Tai Chi Chuan.
ОтветитьOh so good see this to learn about wudang tai chi

Ответитьexcellent video and teaching. One issue - wondering as a total beginner what order to follow in the videos. I don't see any clear indication.
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьNicely demonstrated, especially in the first 5 minutes or so--a good visual presentation of shifting and turning in a way that preserves the health of the knee joints.

ОтветитьHolaaaaaa
Ответитьwhere are this classes?
ОтветитьSuch a great patient teacher. I will love to study under this master!
ОтветитьInteresting comment about hips, keeping them at 45 degrees. Some teachers teach that hips/pelvis should face forward and gua should be closed to guard groin.
ОтветитьVery poor camera work. You need to show the feet at all times because it is important. All you need to do is back up the camera. It seems so strange to chop off the feet.
ОтветитьI like the way you teach, thanks
ОтветитьI appreciate you showing the difference between an open kua and a closed one and how/why it occurs. that is a huge point that will allow progress that isn't possible without knowing this way of doing it properly. xie xie
ОтветитьOne of the best video with with detailed technics and corrections
ОтветитьMaravilloso éste chico,es un gran maestro, thank you so much my friend, feels good
