Ur video is amazing, and with many informations. I just wanted to ask u something.. im going through healing and awakening processes. A lot of thing are happening..and i feel that im more spiritual..connected..and 2 days ago i was walking by the river,it was sunset..and i just locked my eyes on sun...i felt something,deep...and like i couldnt stop to stare. My husband couldnt look at the sun then(it was maybe 15 min before it set) so i know it was not bad for me. And i continued to look for those 15 min. My husband joined after 5-10 min..he couldnt belive that im looking at the sun with a smile. So my question is...becouse everybody say that u should start small but i feel like im totaly ok to look for 10 to 15 min right away. But thats just based on my feeling and instinct...so i wanted someone to confirm to me that nothing bad can happen. Sorry for long msg.. hope i will hear ur reply ❤

I did sun gazing starting from day 1 ten seconds and up to 44 minimizes last day that is for upto 270 days during zero UV index. That ia one hour before sun set. I have tremendous changes in my eyes vision improved and my diabetics gone and vitamin D level increased.

Curious why you didn’t talk about the importance of having our feet in dirt/earth while sun gazing? The research I did emphasized the importance of grounding/earthing while sun gazing…

I have the luxury of living in Veracruz, Mexico where there is practically no winter. With sun gazing in the morning and afternoon, I have greatly improved my 54 old eyesight and overall sense of health and wellbeing. We are in the rainy season at the time of this writing, so I have found that an incandescent red light bulb (think floodlight size) really helps in a pinch. I bulb gaze from about 2 feet away for about 10 minutes (but I prefer sun gazing). On the same topic, a doctorate degree holder here at the Tech where I work told me that her grandmother died at the age of 107, with perfect quality of life to the end and a testimony of a sun gazing practice.

One time I stared at the sun for like 2 or 3 hours (it felt so nice, I kept going) well I burned a spot into my vision which lasted not only minutes and hours but I actually woke up the next day with the spot still there. This did have me worried, not gona lie. But I can personally tell you, from experience, it works like a sun-burn on your skin. It will go away, and your vision will be 100% restored, perfectly fine. That's my experience with over-gazing. I'm convinced looking at the sun is perfectly harmless, actually beneficial. Great video!
