Every morning when I wake up the first thing that I do is connect with my higher self and bring that connection into my heart center. I also go into the core of the earth and connect that energy into my heart.

i have to be honest. when i first found your video, i was annoyed. i didn’t listen to your advice because i thought it was the same as everyone else’s. a part of me didn’t even want to get better. i’m only a teenager and severely depressed, but i don’t have access to therapy. it’s been so hard to keep up with life. i wake up crying, go on my phone, watch tv, don’t brush my teeth, don’t shower, barely eat, don’t exercise at all. it’s been like this for some time and i’m breaking. i’m literally and inevitably dying because i’m sabotaging myself. when you said “don’t put faith in your past self” it’s like something in my mind just clicked. that’s exactly what i’ve been doing. i always see myself as a failure, as someone who will mess everything up for myself. and in the end i did because that’s what i have always believed and here i am. i will take your advice and seek to create a relationship with my higher self so i can go in the direction of my life that i wish and manifest goals and passion into my life. lately, i’ve been numb and careless of everything. i have no aim, no path. nothing. i hate myself on a level that could be considered dangerous and have tried to hurt myself several times. deep down, maybe i think i deserve it. but i want it to stop. i want to change.

Yes!! Love this. I believe activating myself includes being rejected by jobs, people, and situations so that you can be humbled and persevere through trials only to find your higher, true self.

I’ve been debating between working hard for the things you want vs enjoying life and you’ve made everything crystal clear🥰 I loved when you said, “do not throw away your energy”, “we are perfect the way we are - love ourselves the way we are BUT - it is so fullfilling to have a life in which you get to explore new aspects and new parts of yourself. You can’t sim multitudes - so much inside of you.”, “we thrive when we have an aim - a goal - something to shoot at. - it gives you momentum. It puts first in your heart and a light in your eyes. Having a goal gives you passion” I loved all of these and what you’ve said I’m going to use as affirmations and little reminders of how to take care of myself holistically. The last part that really stuck with me is to change your identity internally and then everything else will fall into place externally! Whatever you want you have to BECOME! This is amazing!
