How to Activate The Steinberg Zero Downtime | Support

If you are a Steinberg Cubase Artist or Artist Pro user and ever had to ask “I lost my eLicenser what do I do?” or “I broke my eLicenser what can I do?”, don't worry. If you lose or have a broken USB-eLicenser, Steinberg Zero Downtime is there to help. Log in to your MySteinberg account at the MySteinberg portal, go to the eLicenser tab and select the Zero Downtime button. Here you can register your lost dongle or broken dongle, troubleshoot if your licenser broke and request a Zero Downtime backup license, which will activate your software for 25 hours when registered in the eLicenser Control Center.
