Lost Ark Paladin Guide - How to Build a Paladin

am i playing the wrong lost ark game? there literally is no paladin or bard on character creation menu

What about combat engravings?

the only thing i find wrong with this guide is you use two sets of playstyle skills which doesnt really do much on telling us on how to really build it. its still a guessing game. do specific builds with one set of skillsets not two

If the Paladin had one more direct heal spell it would definitely be OP. Best class in my opinion. I love supporting my group. Very fulfilling and fun to play. Also, he looks the coolest. Ha, I think he already is OP.

This guide is legit horrible. Way too large of an emphasis on damage when thats not your job, if you watch anyone who has a large experience with this game they will tell you that with equal gear paladins will always be behind in dps. Dash slash and sword of justice are garbage, how these are under the best skills section is insane. You are not a dps, dont let this guy fool you into wasting time making the abomination that is dps paladin.When leveling you can legit use anything same with chaos dungeons. Any actual group content you run support abilities and the damage you provde to group is ~10%. You bring buffs/debuffs , shields/healing, stagger/weakpoint/counter. If youre looking for a dps role the paladin isnt it.

Maybe i didn't see it, but what about the combat attributes distribution?

why does my holy protection not shield my teamates in dungeons? Or is it because Im just doing a matchmade dungeon and their not technically in my party?

The fact that Paladin is really just a support class ruined this game for me, its the only class i wanted to play but i dont play supports, i played a tank in wow for 10 years and im done just helping others, i want to be the dps now

sadly class class is boring as hell... your supposed to be support... "ok" you go support and it feels like your just standing there doing no dmg, or anything and your so slow to move you just get hit by everything... on solo gameplay it just one shots everything in t2 except bosses... but those arent even hard... tbh this game does terrible job introducing combat as it begins at lvl 50... first time you encounter something you cant kill with support with 1 skill... is even beyond that... fail...

See this is how u do class guide. U give just pure facts and info on how class plays out without any bias. I know Fox dude who keeps saying playing judgment playstyle is very bad in a supposedly informative video which should be neutral or hype up players bit to play it. Like cmon mate, play how u want and let people play how they want.

I find most blue skills to be a waste of space on my pala. I'm a support class so why would I use skills that doesn't support? 1 blue skill and the rest yellow skills is what I'm going for. 2 or 3 blue skills when the party needs to break shields fast.
Think of yourself as an armor-clad caster. Not a melee fighter. Other classes do that better.

Lol playing as a Paladin is absolutely a joke from the start, there is nothing challenging to it whatsoever - you get a variety of powerful AoE attacks. VERY easy early on.

Thanks for the guide! I just finished getting a Soulfist to 302 and decided to swap over to something a little better suited to endgame. Boosted a pally up and this guide was a great help in getting my bearings on the new class, thanks!

As a paladin, this class works for everything. With the right build you can support and tank for the team.
