ОтветитьFirst time commenting but Pamela thank you so much...have been working out with you since after I had my baby girl who is now nearly 5!!! Think you only had a handful of videos then. Have had 2 more babies since and have used your work outs during and after pregnancy. I have made a folder for pregnancy safe workouts of yours and think you should do the same. Your videos are better than any for ante and post natal exercise and I'm talking real experience using your videos for 4 pregnancies. You go girl, be so proud of your work

During this workout my hip starts to hurt, especially at sidelifts, and I don‘t know what to do. I am also not 100% if I feel the burn or if I feel it bc of my hurting hip.
Maybe some of you habe some tipps for me? 🙏🏻
