Just got mine yesterday

Earlier today, I purchased this controller. I'd like to remap the R2 to the right paddle. When I try I receive a message that R2 is assigned to multiple tasks so the remap will not work. Any suggestions?

Also considering I broke my neck and back when I was 23 I love these type of controllers, giving me the ability to hit buttons that are normally hard for me to get to. I was paralyzed from the neck down, but I regained a lot back but my left side suffered the most. I play with my left palm. So you can imagine getting to L1 and L2 can be tricky. Another feature they should have was the extra 4 buttons the elite gives you. In my case that does help and it doesn’t. I love the shorter attachable buttons I think if I could put a short and a longer attachment, both on the same side that would negate the problems I have with the elite controller. Playing practically one-handed; the elite controller, with those extra too long attachable buttons can be confusing and easy to bump into on accident.. in all I love this new controller. I really can’t complain. I’ve been playing competitively and doing it well on COD B4 I knew this existed. I used to just swap the L1 to the R3 button. Putting my aim and fire buttons on the right side having to sacrifice my melee abilities. I’m so happy to have something that actually saves it so when I put in a different game, I don’t have to delete and completely remember how I had it set up under accessibility in the options menu.

I wish you could remove the FN buttons due to the fact I
can’t get it to fit on my charging dock. I have the full charging dock with fan (that I don’t recommend using/the fan) I thought it would fit but because the function buttons it doesn’t. Or even better making it to where you can use, the function buttons programmable as well.

I've read that there is some company that are going to produce hall effect joysticks for the edge aswell.

Good video, the only thing I'd suggest is, you didn't show how to swap the analog sticks to the others provided in the box.

Sony introduced has their own Design Lab where you can customize your controller just like you can on Xbox that would be good but I know they probably never will do that Sony

I prefer to repair my controllers since i have a bunch of ds4 controllers. they always think they can milk something but customers find their way every time. remember they were so greedy and lazy ass that didn't change anything on thumb sticks from ps4 to ps5 this disappointed me when i hear it for the first time but after i learn what to do with drift issue 😅
