I'm legitimately surprised those scissors haven't been confiscated by TSA during your travels. I've had sooooo many scissors half that size taken away in airports is Europe and Asia. One was even decorated with cows and had a child safety sheath on it and the TSA agent couldn't get it open, but still tossed it
ОтветитьI don't consider that minimal. Norelco one blade is smaller. A small Letherman PS would cover your scissors, file, and you can use the scissors to clip nails. Also extra wrist watch totally unnecessary we carry phones.
ОтветитьHas anyone mentioned how similar your voice is to Bradley Whitford’s?
ОтветитьHow do you travel with a scissor in your carry on
ОтветитьIt’s literally a pencil case. An expensive pencil case.
ОтветитьHow is this compared to the peak design small wash pouch, size wize?
ОтветитьI have found a few xmas toiletries gift packs that are heavy duty & just the sample size toiletries. The toiletries bag is a heavy duty clear PVC - I found a few clear pencil cases that suit you for the travel needs.
ОтветитьI like Packing cubes.. they compress your clothes.
ОтветитьI like to travel with a transparent 1L toiletry bag. Because no matter how hard I tried, I've always had some liquids on me. It's TSA compliant and no one cares there's comb and toothbrush as well.
ОтветитьI am so jealous! You look so good and don’t need a million products. I use like 10 things and look like ass.
Ответитьawesome video! should do one about the Agent toiletry bag by Untitled Label.
ОтветитьCheck out alpaca felted goatsmilk soap. Eliminates the liquid (especially the TSA limits) and acts as a loofah. Also, solid shampoo and conditioner!
ОтветитьThanks Chase. You needed underwear in Milan, bought a 3 pack in New York. The biggest tip I received was the biggest weight saving is don't bring it if you don't need it.
ОтветитьI just got a bunch of Sea to Summit dry sheet soap products for all my basics - hair, hands, body, shave, laundry. I'll keep those to use in a pinch, and otherwise just get bigger toiletries when I actually arrive at my destination.
ОтветитьThat native shit will stain your expensive shirts!
ОтветитьI don't really buy the more "fancy" Dopp kits from leather or similar since I travel carry-on most of the time and at least in Europe, you need the small, transparent bags.
ОтветитьMy favorite minimal travel trip I think came from you, “minimal travel isn’t traveling with nothing, it’s traveling with just what you need” (or some variation of that). I knew that, but it still resonated most with me when watching one of your videos.
But, outside your videos, my best tip came from experience, minimal travel requires knowing how much you need before things need/can be washed. For me, that meant more socks and underwear than pants or shirts… I could get plenty of time out of a shirt or pants while the other one dried, but boxers and socks needed to be rotated quicker. I never crapped my pants or anything, but for me crotch and feet sweat the most (in case that’s what people wondered), so I was more comfortable when I could change them more frequently. Thankfully, I’m onto barefoot shoes now, so socks should be less of a concern
As an update, per their campaign, which has just ended, GRAVEL offers multiple colors for the zippers and the hangy-hook piece. So don't let that keep you from getting one (if you wanted).
ОтветитьNot usb C but there are usb A to Phillips one blade cables so you don't need a separate charger just the cable
ОтветитьI just pledged this, I love my Gravel Explorer that I picked up at launch but I love the form factor on the is one.
