It's not recommended to breath into the victims mouth anymore. It takes several pumps to start the blood circulation and if you stop form artificial breathing the circulation will be broken every time for 20-30 seconds. Do not stop pumping because the brain needs blood.

the reason there are dolls is because it's dangerous to person CPR on person. You can easily break a rib and puncture a lung that way. It's a resource for EMERGENCIES!!!
