2024 and I just finished writing a letter of gratitude to the woman I call my mom, who happens to be my best friend's mom. Watching this video made me a happier person.

How do you access a percentage of increase in happiness?

I am grateful for african americans who are beautiful and attached to wholesome habits and enterprises and positive words.

I am grateful that african americans are a culture of quiet knowing and quiet nurturing, not everything is shown off but everything is given thanks for.


If there is a thriving american ecosystem in harmony there is a karmically clean american people steering clear from constitutional hypocrisy. Because african americans have privately stood for nonviolence and transcendence of differences in loving unity the world has slowly transcended. We must be wise and remember this truth.

Because things are more respectful towards the african american experience america has a new light of honesty, it has paid all of its sources, it has refrained from further encroaching on its native tribal people as well. It is offering amends back to its origin roots not an insincere glossover.

There is a health that is coming from the identification of african americans as a key people on the planet to finalize healing with in the United States and that acknowledgement in just a few more people now or many hopefully is just enough to cause the successful fruition of that healing.

We must therefore remember and expect the best of a people with a selfless history, and remember that the cute seeds of enlightened nonracism that african americans plant will grow well and respect always helps that.

I am grateful for the African Americans
justly quietly fashionably and righteously collecting the wisdom that will save America again behind the scenes of mainstream depictions and trends, existing as untracked individuals with unique ways and patterns.

I am grateful that African Americans have been respected well in the past week and that there is no further disrespect, but a cuter reincarnation for wise right intented people picking wise mushrooms from the wild, specifically amanita muscaria.

The red and white mushroom inspires us to take the time to remove ego driven momentum and concerns from our perspective and return to listening and openness to the ever present now.

A young man with an afro brought a sense of fullness to our circular philosophy, and openness to new creativity and beauty. He was purged energetically and aurically by his time in nature fasting meditating and eventually finding, gathering and consuming the rare mushrooms, he was invulnerable to damages, and uninfluencable by the market and commercial things, seeing only the truth of love that makes everything new again and again in the goddess.

I am grateful for the complexity and cleanliness of African Americans as well. In a sense, it is a smaller ego standard, but when that small ego is appreciated the value of all can be truly seen.

I am grateful for the things African Americans have hidden helpfully and wisely in America in order to preserve the forests and earth, and in order to create a more innocent and whole world in the future.

I am grateful for the smile of a kind black girl, respecting her inner beauty and outter perfection, and living in natural abundance with acceptance and self direction. She is transcendent of racial identity and she is weaver of her own existence and the world, but in her special smile she showed a kindness a kindness that I have never known before, even without doing a deed in any sense.

I am grateful for the african american people


It is the haunting shame of the nation that the U.S.A.'s early economic success was a direct result of African American slavery, but it is the merit of today that African Americans quietly enjoy prosperity eclipsing their white neighbors. The nature of African American leadership has changed in recent times to a quieter and more poised position reflecting the widespread successes of people and wisdom. Buddhism is now an associated blossom of African American culture in the US.

Perhaps there is a new branch of thought in the traditional realms of afrocentricism that stems from the immersion in eastern philosophy and zen that is currently endemic.

In a new restored incarnation, the ground that african americans stand on is equal to all other americans. I see this now proven in fashionable dignity at Wheaton Mall, in Maryland, USA less than 25 miles away from the famous Mall where MLK made his Dream speech. Home to many black owned businesses and wisdom designs, the mall is just refering to black dignity in the truth that wealth based in the moral roots not in cheating scams of history or today results in the sustaining of our natural beauty within our bodies and on the earth itself (and eventually restoration), whereas falsified wealth springing from dishonesty and scams always drains those special and sacred treasures.

I am just grateful that that wisdom is there, and I am appreciative of the American government's attempts at apology and reconciliaton, it is very clear that a full and sincere official reparation address towards slavery and other oppressive mistakes of early america even now this much later would very much influence the paths of other nations today.

I am thankful for results now because maybe in this one matter America cannot wait, what use is our money if our roots are ignorance? If slavery was the starting point unfortunately, then the only thing to truly restore the value of america's gold is the honest repayment for that crime now and today so that from above looking down we will be able to see a formely hypocritical system now coming to complete amends, the testimony to the true wealth of the american heart.

I think that african americans are not just succeeding within the white system, we are highlighting an alternative system, there is a philosophy saying that the old mainstream system is hinduism, and real change is the buddhism of today, transcendent of class, transcendent of statistic illusions, dependent on the ultimate reality of personal experience and heart existence that paradoxically is more powerful than all the supposed data.

The old mainstream wants to hold up desperately but each day it is diminished more. I am thankful that sincere holders on to the truth have won out again, the old standards do not know if the new is moving east west up or down.

I am grateful that americans see through a powerful illusion to respect african americans today.

I am grateful for the people in Washington DC for keeping the virtues of america high recently. I am grateful for them because they are preserving bookstores, and opening new ones, and in the process unplugging people from dependence on the system and encouraging only voluntary usage not dependence, regarding overuse as bad as drug addiction, it is only true freedom if we know that we are able to spend one half of a month within the system and another out, the gateways are preserved by america's dedication to the people's freedom and equality of states (this includes states of consciousness).

Washington DC is glowing with the fruits of fresh freedom and free thought and life lately, it's roots are deep and the new branches on its trees are truly natural not the artificial edifices of egocentric architects. Lately writing and philosophizing is the trend in America's capital, eastern taoism in written form has a special niche of demand and audience, reaching new levels of understanding and influencing in some ways the way of life, encouraging a bustling capital not to rush itself, gain wisdom from slowness and stillness and appreciate the peaks of trees and blossoms of the valleys and forests that neighbor and even enter DC (rock creek park is an amazing natural forest).

I am grateful that the written word is being celebrated and set free in Washington because the written word is the seed of all universes and possibilities. Let the people publish true quality and true heart, and sincerity, let them publish on pages of hemp paper that increase the life of forests worldwide not diminish them, let them publish the insights that free us forever.

Gratitude for the environmentalists in Montgomery County, Maryland who have strongly pushed the council and planners board for some demolition and renewal of forest space, as directed by the environmentalist state law in effect currently with chief interest around sites with metro stations in Montgomery County.

That is correct, the law is that the metro stations, being one of the most bustling centers of the county need special attention therefore in remaining green areas in synch with the county philosophy of deep roots, great gardens, eastern hike trails large and small, and treehugging.

With conscious environmentalists actively pressuring, along with the support of other citizens and even diplomats tourists and visitors from other regions, the law is beginning to be enforced, a law that unfairly and unjustly would have gone ignored and unenforced if it were not for the legal student eco lovers who interpreted and set it and its potential penalties against leadership with illuminated understanding.

We are a high vibration area, there has been construction but there can and legally should also be balancing deconstruction and eco restoration, we are seeing the beginnings we stream restoration around the grosvenor area, and cessation of proposal of construction projects around democracy blvd, (the people's votes are supreme, they are tired of eco diminishment and want to see government involved in earth beneficial activities, not earth drains.

The spirit of this great land has thanked me and I have felt it graciously as have my fellow eco colleagues who have worked in tandem to secure and push eco festivals every month raising awareness and encouraging energy saving and simple appliance mindfulness etc, along with switches to solar and biofuels, hemp soy and peanut, bamboo energy sources etc, which easily and fairly cheaply replace plastic and destroy residual harm caused by less biocompastable alternatives.


There is no greater feeling than preserving the immortal beauty of our planet earth, and I thank Maryland that it has listened to the hearts and wisdom of its people and done the right thing, we are a treehugger state, not an evil builder, a freedom preserver

I am grateful that there is good health in my body, and good health in the world around me.
The gift of health is so great and unfortunately one of the easiest to take for granted, we must not, we must increase our awareness by practicing a little mental gratitude for the synergy of good heal caused by vegetables, sunlight, healthy sleep and dreams, and medical heart stimulating activity daily.

I am very grateful to the United States for opening up more to the hemp industry, more and more hemp fuel and energy is being produced with every state that legalizes cannabis; businesses and consumer entities ARE perceptive and searching for hemp fuel sources and products (train and bus fleets are one particularly interested costumer, probably eventually extending over to the airplane industry, imagine getting high on hemp related products in a entirely different way than ever before, pardon the pun)

When we use hemp properly and non wastefully, when we carefully categorize all it's benefits in one place rather than scattering them, when we give gratitude for the grounding that hemp gives our civilization

We attain greater things than ever before. Hemp is a plant given to the earth to make things easier, to bring comfort wisdom spiritual unity and peace, and the activate the souls purpose.

Hemp is repopulating forests being decimated by wildfires and adding new elements of natural protection without disturbing the ecosystems.

American way is to hold and sow hemp, but to also respect marijuana, it's feminine non-industrial cousin.

I am grateful that now for the first time, US is sending marijuana, including seeds and hemp based foods to places around the world in need, including the Ukraine, they are spreading the teachings on eco environmentalist revival caused here by the plant, and it's indomitable spirit of inner and outer peace.

It makes a big difference that steps are being taken to not waste these usages of the wonderful plant cannabis ruderalis, and cannabis hemp (industrial sativa plants).

This took and will take in the future an eagle management surveying possibilities for creation of the material and for the investment mostly from hugely funding big government in large orders of these products to get it grounded on cycles of use as early as possible.

Smaller private groups and eventually individuals may also become part of the customer market. The main strategic point is to win over government big deals first so that the environment can immediately gain the most benefit and the uses can become most grounded.

I'm a physician and was holding back for the entire video; given that we are trained to hide our emotions in clinical settings. I heard "Trust me..." and rolled my eyes, assuming the narrator was about to say "I'm a doctor." When he said "I'm in a lab coat" I lost it laughing and crying at the same time. You don't need a medical school education or a PhD to positively influence people's lives, or any formal education at all for that matter. Just a simple message like this can really influence a person's outlook on life and how they feel about themselves. Even someone like me; a cold, conditioned medical professional whose life centers around neutralizing my feelings and emotions. I'm going to call my mom and do this as soon as it isn't 3:20 a.m. on a Thursday night, because I have a day off tomorrow.

I am grateful for marijuana in that it served as a catalyst for us all to have some time in nature, without the lab coats, without the imposition of manmade technologies and without the sterile scientific mindset.

I am grateful that although we may want to sometimes stand apart analytically in the descriptor language of scientists, we are also realizing that the nature of mind and history is also cyclical return to the truly natural unity of wholistic vibration. Wholistic vibration is an elusive concept to the logos, like 'Aloha', it is one aspect that small kids instantly understand but those more initiated into society find marijuana experiences may be very helpful to aid in revival of.

It wasn't until marijuana that I fully went back, knowing it didn't mean all had been destroyed, only that the flowers, ground and fruits of nature would also be coming with me, not restrained or diminished.

I was able to talk to the Buddha in the plants and for the peace I gave thanks.

the people have their hearts out and they are anxious but they are very grateful that in the big picture they are beginning to realize they are getting real justice again.

The people are recycling their trash, and doing their small part to cleanse local parks and forests, if they live near them which townplanners want all to be able to.

They try to all remove at least one piece of litter in the forests each day, they strive to turn off appliances that are not in usage, they strive to make the switch today to solar energy and clean hemp, cooking oil, or peanut biofuel (or other clean energy source). They strive to always buy pre recycled paper, and to turn former treecutter and paper companies into tree planter companies that will replenish the forests. There is a root statement here that this goal will happen and be finalized and completed today, it will be this or, or we are not what we say that we are but something vastly different!

The people are able to gather spiritual energy in their own ways guided or self guided, although the vast majority of it is never formally recognized in american culture, it still has an effect because buddha reminds us not to let merit fool us into grasping more for the senses and thus nullifying its nonkarma. Because many have personal kinds of spiritual energy as they diligently day by day enjoy the parks and dont pollute

the government is simultaneously ridded of corrupt aspects. The forests and all natural space, even grass and weeds growing between buildings, to the big forests, to trees that grow at the center island in roads, all of it is like an important organ flowering with the wisdom of america. We must protect the forest and green areas around the United States capital, we must see to it that it aligns with the buddhist fruit that liberates consciousness, one with the concept of the existence of the United States as a liberator from oppression.

Only inauthenticity of the people to the principles of liberty, equality, and justice for all would cause those plants to be threatened, therefore let us rejuvenate the alignment and rootedness of these principles in us, as the reality of keeping together and healthy the forest and trees that we love and have memories and dreams with.

I wonder how much of this can be attributed to expressing gratitude, versus genuine connection? Those who weren't able to call the person, still expressed their gratitude in writing, but I think having those heart-felt conversations with another, are some of the most meaningful experiences we can have in life. Did he make that statement (or suggestion to the subconscious mind) “Trust me , I’m in a lab Coat” because alot of True “Belief” comes easier from a trusted source, and we’ve been groomed or programmed to believe white lab coats, people who wear ties, stethoscopes round the neck are tied to the identity of someone most believe, therefore making that suggestion increased the amount believers of what he taught ?

While I too think this is a great video, I don't know if anyone else noticed this, but when the light-skinned young man with the freckles calls his mom, she immediately picks up and says, "Hey Sweetheart!" 🤔🤔🤔 He's not calling from his cell phone. He's calling from the same phone provided to all the participants. So how does his mother know it's him right away?

I had my clients write a gratitude list and on the list they put 3 things they are grateful for. 3 people they are grateful for and 3 reasons why. I wish I had of asked them to call those 3 people! It was awesome though. They shared openly and so many emotions from joy to tears to recognition on how they felt about them etc. I explained that I do a gratitude list in prayers in the morning when awaking and evening before bed. It has had such a powerful influence over my life and attitude towards life. Love this!
