I spent a few hours trying to find an ai image gen that could make something closer to this, and let me tell you they do NOT understand what a nightclub gas station should look like. I mean sure they can get the colors down, but free ones wont make cars, or people, and they don't know what a bouncer looks like.

I don't think that Mustang fits the atmosphere. It's a muscle car from the late 1960s and should be associated with rock music. And I don't think in the 80's these cars were popular with the trends. Only in the 1990s did people start to appreciate them more.

The video instead should have some sportscars from the 80's, a Delorean, or some personal luxury cars like the Ford Thunderbird, Buick, Eldorado, or Japanese imports from the 80's.

i try to listen to the other play lists like this, but this one right here, keeps me coming back, idk what it is.... great compilation.

The clock on the dashboard with green digitized numbers showed 1:30am on the dot. The one way highway stretched long, and tall pine trees surrounded the area as far as the eye could see. A bright yellow glow from the city rose over the horizon, indicating my final destination for the foreseeable future was near.

Looking ahead, with no other cars in sight, a shimmer of light caught my eye. Just then to my right up ahead in the distance was what appeared to be a person walking off on the side of the road. The closer I got, I saw this person was carrying a metallic suitcase of sorts. I had never saw anything like it before in my life. But that must’ve been what reflected my high beams.

This person with the peculiar baggage, turned backwards some and held out their hand with their thumb up. I pulled over.

With this person at the shotgun window, I could now see long dark wavy hair that flowed down their side. It was a lady. She smiled brightly at me as I spoke through the already rolled down window asking, “Where to?”.

“The city, please. If you’re headed that way.” She replied earnestly.

“Hop in!” I said as I reached over the middle cup tray and passenger seat to unlock and then push the car door open for her.

“Oh, thank you!” she said.

“Let me get your luggage for you,” I said as I got out of the car with the engine still running. Leaving my side’s door open, I jogged around front to help her with her bag. “Mind if I put your it in the trunk?” I said, gesturing towards the back of my car.

“Oh, no! Please do! Thank you! And thank you so much for giving me a ride. You’re a life saver!” She replied gratefully as she settled into her seat.

“No problem,” I responded as I settled her aluminum looking suitcase that weighed 35 pounds or so, into the trunk.

After I got back into the vehicle, and seat belts were buckled, I and the curious stranger headed towards the city together.

“I’m Peter, by the way.” I said to her.

“Ella,” she replied warmly. “Nice to meet you.”

“A pleasure,” I replied in kind. After brief pause, I did continue, “I am curious as to what being a finely dressed lady such as yourself to the side of the road in the middle of the night, alone. But I won’t pry.”

“Well, how I got there is by nothing wrong done on my part, that I’ll tell you.” She said with stern look and twang of sass in her voice, and ended with a somber smile on her face as she let out a slight laugh, reflecting on how unusual her situation is.

“Hey, no worries, I don’t judge.” I said to reassure her in jest. She laughed politely at mine saying that.

After some time, the clock on the dashboard showed 2:35am. The horizon was getting nearer to where you could see the bright skyline. We didn’t talk much after our first introductions, as it was late and I didn’t want to force any conversation by asking too many questions. I guessed she might have been tired, with walking on the road for who knows how long.

After more time, I took another look at the dashboard. Uh oh, fuel showed on E. A sigh said Superwave gas station was at the next exit. I had a look over at Ella, she was leaning her head against the door, her eyes with long eye lashes flicking up then down as if she was fighting sleep.

I decided to take the exit.

“Sorry to make you wait,” said Peter languidly as he slowly rolled up under the neon sign lights to gas pump number five. Ella picked up her head then readjusted herself upright in her seat, like a bear coming out of hibernation. “We have to make a pit stop since you just happened to hitchhike when the tank was nearly on E. If it were just myself, I’d try to make it into town running on the fumes but…”.

“Don’t want to have a lady like myself stranded again in the middle of nowhere at night?” the Lady jumped in to say with more sassy twang.

“Hey, I’m not tryna blame ya. I wouldn’t want anyone stranded. Just don’t want to take our chances,” I defended quickly. I’d like to do my best to protect my guests as much as I can.”

“No I understand, I’d do the same if I was in your situation.” She said more softly.

I took the keys out of the ignition and as I opened the door and started to step out the navy blue 1980’s Mustang, I turned again towards the lady and said, “I’ll be quick”.

She replied with a slight tired smile saying, “I’ll be here”.
