I love the fact Lauren was so effortlessly stylish so I would say "less is more" would be the advice I take from her, there is no need for lots of accessories , Lauren knew how to do understated elegance and she did it very well.
Also, I'm definitely going to treat myself to some retail therapy, or maybe a little luxury beauty treatment or pamper instead of juke food. That is really good advice and I'll be using that from now on.

Besides her ‘acting’ always sucked. Besides the three films with Bogart she didn’t progress very far in her talents. She plays Bacall, even in her Soprano appearance.

Bacall was strangely compelling. Her beauty was feisty, insolent, and beyond unique, but you were magnetically transfixed. Bogie was her male opposite, and a perfect match to go toe to toe with...Her confidence and wit both attracted and destroyed her career, because she couldn't be controlled...

My younger sister is beautiful. We were both lucky, blessed with pretty faces, great skin. She’s 71 and still gorgeous. For some reason, she started getting Botox to soften smile lines, crows feet. It looked good. Then she took it further and got injections in her cheeks and lips. Now when she smiles, she looks like Buddha with duck lips. She wanted me to do it too.
