Do NOT spray or add oil as he did to the pan if you're not using an electrical kitchen, fire hazard!

I think using processed ham is not all that healthy and micro wise, 600 calories and 45 grams of protein is not that good. This should be named "Tasty breakfast" not healthy

Microwaving your food destroys the nutrition and radiation causes cancer among other adverse health effects. Throw that thing out!

Absolutely agree with your suggestions! Achieving that perfect crispiness with less oil is an art, and lowering the heat while minimizing stirring is indeed a fantastic technique. It's all about that golden-brown perfection without going too dark.

And your tip about adding soy sauce on the sides of the pan for that sizzle and sear effect is spot on. Enhancing the flavors by letting the sauce work its magic before incorporating it into the dish is a culinary wisdom that adds that extra depth.

Speaking of culinary wisdom, in my keto journey, I've discovered a couple of positive aspects worth sharing. Firstly, the controlled insulin levels have not only aided in weight management but also brought a sense of balance to my overall health. Secondly, the increased intake of healthy fats has contributed to sustained energy throughout the day.

As we navigate through the keto kitchen, here's a wise motto: "In the realm of culinary adventures, precision and technique are the keys to unlocking not just flavors but also a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle – let every dish be a masterpiece, and every day a step towards wellness!" 🌟👨‍🍳💚

Why so much protein in one serving? Our bodies can only digest 25g every 2 hours.

Awesome! I did this with 1 whole egg, 2/3rd cup of egg white, and turkey bacon instead of ham. I saved around 100 cals on the recipe clocking in at 516 cals from my measurements and ingredients, which is perfect! It made room for my morning coffee which is 100 cals with 15g of sugar and 1/3rd cup of milk!

Want to improve this rookie recipe by 1000% percent? Use your oven instead of frying the potatoes in the pan. They will get insanely crispy with no oil. Then you can mix them with eggs in the pan if you want. Add some cheddar and you don't need anything else in your life.
