Great content as usual, but you really really need a hyphen in high-paying or else the title means something very different. Haha.

I want to add that if you niche down, you run the risk of painting yourself into a corner. If you're doing ONLY a certain type of work for let's say...5 years. You've not got a ton of work from just that niche to show. What if you want to pivot to a different niche? What if you need to expand beyond that niche? You have nothing to show except for the work from an unrelated niche. That said, I think you need to do niche work AND work outside of your niche.

It's hard to know what you love unless you start broad though. But niche is way to go at a certain point.

What is the most profitable niche for a one-man video production company. I own a Sony 873 DJI drone 4K and FS5 MkII Cinema camera aputure 300mkii and led lights. Product Commercials? Can you give an example on how you close the sell though? Like when you get that call what do those calls look like? Closing is just as hard as selling for me I attempted sales years ago and I can present the product in a way that’s appealing but then I always sucked at closing….
