Divi Theme Animated Glowing Circles With CTA

Can I please ask you a question, it’s off topic. I use divi and love it but for one thing . I have created a site and when it’s viewed on an iPad Pro the menu will not go to the hamburger style menu because the breakpoints are different. I have tried doing some custom css I found but still it’s not going as planned . Do you know of anything I could try ?
