Still disconnected.

This worked for me. I was getting constant "disconnected" on any server I chose before ever getting a queue. (following a DDOS attack on blizz) everything was fine until this point and my gf is sitting on her comp playing perfectly on our same connection. Changed my DNS server like the video showed. Looked to see the one in this video was safe and apparently it is a safe DNS Google server for 10 years running. Now I'm sitting in queue for 30 mins, so glad it is now reaching blizzards servers. Def weird why I couldn't reach the servers at all before the DNS switch, considering her computer is running the game perfectly fine and logged in normally. Anyways thanks again.

The dislike ratio comes from the vague and missleading title. This video is great at showing one specific issue that Blizz asks you to fix, but not how to fix. So thank you for showing that one step :) I'll be trying it out now :)

Simply sets the computer to use Google's DNS servers instead of the default one's provided by your ISP. You may also need to make this setting on your home network router. I'm skeptical, but trying it out. My ISP is AT&T U-Verse.
