You could make a two-hour movie out of just the hide-and-seek bit in that huge estate.
The chase scene was weird. No other vehicles on the highway except the crazy Mercedes and Knox's motorcycle? Then there's cars, trucks, bicycles, pedestrians, and geese in the towns, but still Payne is able to catch up with Knox.

John payne was the first actor to try and by the rights to the james bond books to star in the films as james bond but the deal fell through

That Benz stole the show. What a car for that time.
