How to Join Dead By Daylights PTB (Steam)

still watching this 2 years after release just for chucky thansk man

i did thgis now to try the ptb, but do you need to go in there and turn it off again when the update drops or when u dont wanna play inside the ptb anymore or how does this works? (cus playing with some friends on consoles and they can't join this (atleast i think they can't cus it's a pc/ steam thing)

I cant select the ptb it just says none

people are currently playing the ptb right now but when i check, its says none

i dont even have a ptb option, my only choice is none

so if it doesnt show the public test server, does that mean its down?

So for the people that never did the PTB I was told that we had to redownload the whole entire game or just the PTB updates we missed?
