Portrays chaos of battle in an interesting manner. But not probable a Russian would be sending a German back to their "loved ones" in the post-invasion context.

Kind of low budget play

loved the authentic weapons , uniforms etc but the British accents on both sides was terrible! Nice story though ...

Lieutenant was too smoochy-smoochy to be leading men in war. 😀

Great Film, many humane and unhuman aspects of war portrayed with good acting and accuracy in weapons in early WWII. Truly, John Sullivan, Former LCDR, (0-4) USNR Blue and Green USMC Navy sends you all a Bravo Zulu!

Everyone made a good effort but I didn't/couldn't connect. The way they were holding their weapons, the way they moved.... not very convincing. Some coaching would have helped immensely. One gets used to carrying weapons. These guys are stiff. Still, the few props available were well used except for that kübelwagon in the beginning....guess production was worried about damaging a valuable antique....😅

This movie was so bad that it was mildly amusing incredibly bad dialogue absurd plot. I didn't watch the whole thing but I watched some of it cuz his I said it was sort of funny how bad it was

What a bunch of cheap crap! After only a short while I recognised the ways that the producer / director was saving money. Even using the same trenches. THe script was very poor and shooting a baby, well, enough said. Total crap. Don't waste your time watching it.

Germans with English accents. Could only watch 5 minutes of it lol

Sort of strange to hear some of the German soldiers speak with East London docks and Birmingham accents.

The dialogues had to be in German 👍🏻🇩🇪 for German Wehrmacht Division actors ......otherwise the film loses its originality.....Sorry....!!!

Yah, you can tell some of this was written by someone with no military experience. Great film for the budget and the actors were all pretty good. Sure as hell beats some of these goofy ww2 films I’ve seen
