i got one of those wallets in 2019 and the little push tab snapped off after 2 months and i had to cut the wallet open with a Dremel to get my cards out...

Hey Chris, the links to the shortcuts are broken. Is there any other way to get them?

Love the ideas, Chris. It seems some of the updates Apple has released may have broken some of these shortcuts. I tried to import the bag checklist, however, in the shortcut config, the "create draft in inbox" and "append draft" actions could not be found in the newest version of shortcuts. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thank you very much. Regarding the snippet cut, I was searching for a way to achieve functionality for IOS or IPADOS similar to CTRL+C / WIN+V, where you can paste from your clipboard in Windows. This is the best workaround I've found so far. It enables me to copy multiple texts parts and paste from what I have in Data Jar, effectively becoming my clipboard.

My playback destination shortcut works great. I have it on my action button in my 15 pro max

quick feedback: use some visual transitions between sponsored and regular video sections. This was a bit harsh and I was bit confused what and when ended / started.

Maybe it's my laptop but whenever I watch your videos, the FPS is really low..

It's like there's a 0.01 second delay with a ghost layer over your video. How can I fix this? It kind of makes it hard to follow.

I have watched dozens of videos on shortcuts over the years searching for any reason to use this functionality and I haven’t found a single reason to use it. I’ve never seen a shortcut that was vastly superior to opening the app you want to do a thing in and doing it in the app. People will admit certain shortcuts are buggy and don’t work 100% of the time. That’s a deal breaker. If I click on something, it needs to work every time.

I feel like Shortcuts should be something I can use and it’s frustrating that I can’t find any reason to.

How could I extract multi file by shortcut?

I've used a wake up automation for years that triggers after I stop an alarm to play a podcast (ABC NEWS). The podcast exists and plays fine manually through the Podcast app, but in the last few months the shortcut gives an error that it couldn't find the podcast. I've rebuilt the shortcut several times and have the same issue. Anyone know how I might be able to fix it?

I would like to know how to make it possible to automatically start playing a video or mp3 audio file at a certain time. Not necessarily in the built‑in Apple apps. Anyhow.

I’ve just found shortcuts to be frustratingly too unstable in general. Actions that I think don’t require too much memory will return an error notification maybe once ever 5 runs. The whole shortcuts experience to me just feels too rough.

Thanks for sharing! I also have a podcast shortcut. Mon-Fri at 10:50 pm (around bed time) I get a notification asking me if I want to play nature sounds or a meditation podcast and it stops after an hour of play, usually I’m already asleep by that time lol. It’s amazing

I just realized Panera has a shortcut to place an order. Do you know if it’s possible to place an order for a coffee of soft drink and it will recognize that your part of the unlimited drink club. I was able to get it to place an order but it looks like it’s trying to charge me when checking out.

Is there a way to play music directly from HomePod Mini using shortcut? With the "Change playback destination" option, the music comes from the iPhone and we play on HomePod Mini. But I would like to build a shortcut that plays music on the Homepod directly from a menu.

I just started using Dark Noise yesterday! Been enjoying it so far. I actually made a shortcut that lets me pick a “zone” from the game Taiji, and it will play a mix I have in Dark Noise and play the soundtrack for that specific zone.
