entry level IT held desk pays diddly squat, you're treated like dirt by the companies customers and by the company...remember they don't need help unless something is going wrong, and often they are going to be angry and you need to be their mental health therapist while they let their rage out. this is actually a dual degree required job one in psychology and another in IT

I started working at Sedgwick over half a year ago and I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who's looking for a new job/career. Great coworkers, work environment, and the pay is good as well. I started out with 4 weeks PTO and leadership seems to actually care for their employees.
