I want to find out how to copy a product's attributes value to another attribute that is multiplied by example 1.2 in Magento without doing with coding? Is it possible in admin panel?
Example: cost value is excluding vat. another attribute I want to add to the product, I want it with including vat.

I'm trying to import products and change a custom attribute's value in the additional_attributes column, but it doesn't work. When I make the attribute required, it gives me the error "1. Please make sure attribute "<my_attribute>" is not empty. in row(s): 2, 3<br>". I have exported a product, changed the custom attribute and tried to import it again, and this still happens. Has anyone else experienced this?

please someone help: i have many various furniture on eshop, for Example SOFA has her own parameters, material, springs and etc. wardrobes has another parameters, kitchen furniture has their own parameters. how can I group and fill all these various parameters in excel?

I became a dealer and I have excel sheet from the factory with different car name, car model, car engine, sku numbers etc is possible to copy past into the csv and then uploud it and have all the attributes? otherwise it will take ages to put it in manually

Hi Corey, loved your explanation on here, very quick and straight forward.  I have a question if I may.  I can sucessfully upload images, but for some reason in my site, I see the small thumb nails for the varying images, however when I click on the thumb-nail photos to view them larger, I cannot see the images, it continues to show the original first image, and I cannot seem to get over this hurtle.  Any suggestion, any advice?  Kindly looking forward to learning this beautiful program.  Thanks again

Thanks for the enlightening video. Loved it. I was watching this because I want to import product feeds from an affiliate platform (Tradetracker). Problem with that is that the column names don't match the default product column names. I don't think I can just change the names of the columns of the product feed (in Excel) to match those that are being used by Magento and then import the excel sheet? If I can, can I then also still run cron jobs to keep the products up to date with regard to prices and availability? I don't think so (again mismatch in column names) but then how to solve that?
