Paint inside of catch white so you can see new action
ОтветитьCan you give 3mm 301 grade air hardened stainless steel a try out?
ОтветитьNo high performance 762 at the end to compare?😢
ОтветитьEnergy (Force = mass x acceleration). It is important to understand physics and use the correct words. Energy CANNOT beat velocity. They are inherantly related. Energy is a function of velocity (acceleration) and mass. I do not need a real world test to tell me which round will have better terminal ballistics. 8th Grade math will tell me the answer. Otherwise, I do like your videos!
ОтветитьThats a big buldge hahaha
Ответитьthe language is directly reminiscent of the "guns and gear" stovepipe
ОтветитьWhy are u doing these videos when u can do voice overs
Ответитьar15 vs ar-10.
Ответить"I mean, that extra 500 ft/second couldn't hurt..."
Hold up a moment there...
Why couldn't you just say "762 NATO"? Why wasn't there a cartridge length on the 556 box? Nice job on your jig & plate support. You really did need that angled pick up plate protecting the clamp. Did you figure out why your aim was so low? Thanks!
ОтветитьThe difference is at 500yrds and more. The 556 loses its punch and the 7.62 will carry it’s killing power out at farther distance.
ОтветитьThe ray romano of gun testing.
ОтветитьVoz de desenho parabéns
ОтветитьI would like to see 277fury vs 5.56x45 NATO I mean since the Sig 6.8x51 is supposed to be replacing, the traditional 5.56x45 so it would only be fair to shoot a. 14.5" M4 with 5.56Nato, and a Sig MCX XM7 with a 6.8x51, but since they haven't released that version to the public "yet" use what you can get in the 277Fury/6.8x51 but with the proper barrel lengths and preferably a gas gun
ОтветитьAlways look forward to your work here. Keep up the great content and hopefully you hit 5 million+
Ответитьsome people really really like to hear themselves talk...
ОтветитьWould there be any difference in a pair of stacked 1/4in plates vs a single 1/2in plate, in terms of 'protection' on the other side ?
ОтветитьRegardless of what the steel says, my wife told me that slower and thicker is always better.
Ответитьmy m1 grand ww2 ap 3/4 mild steel no problem surprised even me
ОтветитьSir you used bolt action and sami auti its not fair
ОтветитьHow about 17-223 vs 223/5.56 and 7mm tcu vs
.300 blk? That might shed some light on the whole faster and lighter vs the heavy and slower question, maybe. Heck, some of those old Remington Accelerator 30-30 55gr. Sabot rnds that supposedly goes around 3,400 fps (remember those?) vs 30-30. Would also like to see how the .204 Ruger does. The possibilities are almost endless!
Velocity and Mass matter. Hence the reason I switched my EDC pistol from a 9mm to the 5.7x28. More rounds, better performance! The same applies between the two calibers you've trialed in this video, and it was very interesting to see it revealed!
ОтветитьSo much for thinking a car body is any protection.
Ответитьawesome
Ответить.260 Remington vs 6.5x55 swede VS 6.5 creedmoor
ОтветитьReally not a fair comparison given an intermediate rifle cartridge against a full size rifle cartridge but the intermediate held its own at standard rifle range. Longer rifle range will probably be a different story because intermediates are not meant to go as far as full size. Case capacity and pressure will tell in velocity and energy at greater distances. A fair comparison would have been two intermediate rifle cartridges. Instead of 7.62x51 full size it should have been 7.62x39 intermediate.
ОтветитьFrom the beginning I was thinking it sounded like an E=MC² problem..
Ответитьyou should shoot the same caliber with diffeerant types of AMMO!!!!!!!!!!!
ОтветитьWouldn't the 5.56 lose velocity faster over longer ranges?
ОтветитьWHat was the range?
Ответить5.56, the king inside 300; it just....is.
ОтветитьYou will never convince me that this whole project wasn't a clever way to subsidize the development of your new steel clamping system.
ОтветитьFriendly suggestion, paint the back of the sled so that we can see the point of impact? Thanks!
ОтветитьI'm wondering about space lasers vs blue steel....
ОтветитьGreat video and you definitely got a voice for radio mate
ОтветитьGreat test glad you have a good backstop my 30 30 with 180 g.coreloc will put a hole in oxgen tank 1 side
ОтветитьIn Scandinavia there's a constant discussion between Hunters which is best, the 308 win which is the modern military cartridge or the 6.5x55 Swede which was the military cartridge used in Scandinavia in the past. Could be great to see how those do against steel 😊😊😊
ОтветитьI request 357 sig and 10mm comparisons.
ОтветитьGreat videos
ОтветитьJust discovered your Channel today, October 9th 2023. Subbed!
ОтветитьWonder how much the semiautomatic bleeds off
ОтветитьThanks again my friend...
Shoe🇺🇸
Why shoot a steel tipped 5.56 and not a 7.62? They are available, do you need help using the internet to buy comparable ammo? Ask Jeeves. Thumbs down.
ОтветитьWhy are you painting the steel before shooting!
ОтветитьYou should do a collab. with the Ballistic High Speed guys to see what the bullets look like going into & out of the mild steel in SloMo.
ОтветитьCould you do ballistics tests on 8.6 blackout?
ОтветитьCan you please compare .450 Bushmaster/.458 Socom vs. 8.6 Blackout/.375 Raptor?
ОтветитьCould we please have someone demonstrate with a lower voice please.
ОтветитьAny Collaberations planed for the future? Would Love to see administrative Results or Kentucky Ballistics make a show face
ОтветитьLove your channel, thank you, good job
