Ответитьhm I like your version / creativity but no explanation whatsoever on how to do the exercises properly. Do I have to kneel like that (I have issues with my ankle) or what is the purpose or can I sit flat on the floor to have the same results?? I rather follow someone who is properly trained to teach even if the videos are not that pleasing quality-wise or aesthetically

ОтветитьOmg this is so much harder then it looks! I go to gym for a year now and work on my upper body strength, but it turns that I forgot to also train my endurance... I'll start doing this time to time to improve endurance because it's awful!

ОтветитьLet's just laugh at me together for being so naive😂 I was like "there are no resistance band or weights and there is 'chill version' in the name of the video so this workout is gonna be easy".... Well, all I can say now is that Im laying on the floor right now and don't feel my arms at all😂😂😂

Day 2 (25-05-23) — ✅, arms are still shattering, can’t still fully do the plank up&downs
Seems to be so simple for you… my arms went burning, even my shoulders. What a great training. So many exercices in 20 mn. Perfect 🎉
