Ответитьok this must be based on little science and study i actually only sleep a hour every 24 hours i power sleep 1 hour 2 days awake and i function normally I've been threw bunch of sleep study's medications nothing works been like this sense 3 years old still cant figure a reason why not lack of me trying to sleep longer i just literally go sleep i wake up about 45-hour later and dont get tired or can fall a sleep for another 2 days or 23-24 hours then i get that tired feeling after 23-24 hours i go to sleep and like clock work up about hour later recharged and ready to go till next sleep

ОтветитьAll are hoax. To get into a med school u need to study for 16 hrs daily and I am sleeping less daily believe me while I sleep less I feel very high on positivity and feel like I can achieve anything. I don't know if that happens for any hormone but that shit is great.

This is non sense when you have a natural mind over matter because at my age of 36, 20years of my life have a huge lack of sleep and rest but I think all of this issues are not affecting me bcoz of my brain that runs abnormally in sensefull mindset every minute a day that I am usually talkin my self of usefull thoughts, plans, activities everything. Other people guesting my age not accurately have the right answer all of them thinks I am only 25 something thats why theres nothing can affect our body system if u know what was ur doin and always have a happy mind in our daily routine
