Instant Pot Duo Plus - Getting Started

I got a burning notice during the test(towards the end)...what should I do ? I added the correct amount of water.

Hi, why does mine get stuck on preheat and never switch to cooking? it does this even for the water test

I used mine for the first time last night. It's the new black one. I did pressure cook. I couldn't figure out how to get it off the egg button over to custom, also went I switched from seal to vent ( my recipe said to quick release) a whole bunch of liquid came spouting out of the steam thing and filled the collection cup. It made a big mess. What did I do wrong? Now I'm scared use it again lol

Why this new upgrade version doesn’t have Meat Stew and Steam button? What should I do if I need to stew or steam something?
