What is your stance on mental effect from the covid vaccine (Pfizer). Since I have had 4 Pfizer vaccine my mental health is not healthy. I am having so many issues I can't list them all and my VA doctor doesn't believe me.

Fermented foods and prebiotic foods work best and efficiently. Probiotics in capsules can open up in the wrong places and make more problems.

I had severe depression but I found out it was caused by five foods I was eating. I was cured with antibiotics meant for a sinus infection. Now I can eat whenever I want. Out of 1 to 10, my depression was a 100. It was just pure torture.

I have acquired brain injury and this sounds like it could be helpful for my healht and extreem fatigue but i dont know how to do anything with this very general information. I need specifics how do i get specifics! My doctor wont even send me to a nutritional specialist to try to fixy fatigue and vitamin deficiencies

my IgE level was 230 . since 2016 im on gluten & dairy free diet. all the time i feel lazy dizzy brain fog headache heaviness in head and eyes .. citrus fruits + probiotics make my systems worse as im dying. what diet should i follow.. Do i have leaky gut😢😢😢😢

The Ketogenic diet (clean version with lots of healthy veggies) with exercise has helped me enormously. Not quite out of the woods yet but I’m 90% of the way there.

Unfortunately I have 2 chronic pain conditions that react to various different foods (ibs-c and interstitial cystitis) and really limits the fruits and veggies I can eat. So fiber comes mostly from grains and things like metimucil. I’ve seen a nutritionist and she can only do so much. I also have ptsd so I am pretty anxious all the time. Hopefully I can find a good balance

Hi, It has been two months since I took the antibiotic Rifaximin and it gave me insomnia. I thought it was a die-off symptom. But I still can't fall asleep no matter what and have racing thoughts, my intestines "moving" when I get up I immediately have a BM and lose stool. Before I only got insomnia if I took a pro/prebiotic. I don't eat anything processed, no gluten, raw foods, no dairy, only fresh foods. What can be wrong? Why do I still have this issue? Thank you for any kind of advice.

What if u have had trauma that changed gut and brain..does not talk to eachother can his be fixed over time...like shock to the system..I take a juicer everyday..prebiotic..omega..?

Explains a lot when you ignore your 'gut feeling' which i did when I met my now ex-husband. Just recently I went for a job interview and I knew it wasn't for me and spent a lot of time worrying about what happened if I was offered this job, though when it came to the day I found out, I was turned down I felt relief. My employment provider has asked me when job searching what elements of the gut triggers my gut.

I have a genetic degenerative neurological disease with multiple comorbidities, but getting my diet in order has helped so much.
I adhere to the Mediterranean diet, excluding foods I have sensitivities and allergies to (wheat, sugar, simple carbs, tomatoes, garlic, onions).
Whenever I do eat something with sugar or wheat, my entire body pays the price.
Food is medicine!

I follow the FODMAP Diet and take a powder first thing in the morning called gut repair by brain co. here in Australia. seems to be working the last few months. All of last year I was suffering anxiety and depression really bad. I stopped eating, lost weight had diarrhea, couldn't sleep. I even had a cyst on one of my ovaries that was causing problems and when it burst, It hurt sooo bad. Even caused bladder issues. But still to this day I'm still Stressed from family matters.

I had a regular day yesterday and I ate burger king. I felt weird, nauseous, fearful and anxious. I thought I was having a heart attack so I called 911. My blood sugar level was at a 65, on the lower end, but everything else checked out fine. They said I might’ve had a panic attack or anxiety influenced it. But then I proceeded to throw up 10+ times throughout the entire day yesterday, my stool has been coming out different, and I have been feeling anxious, dread and depression since yesterday. I don’t understand why my mood and mental health has deteriorated so quickly and how my stomach isn’t feeling well.

I had my colon removed in 2003 from ulcertative colitis, I have an ileoanal pouch, how does this affect me, is it different if you're missing parts of your gut?
