I need to start doing this again 👍🏽
Ответитьdefinitely more trouble than it is worth which is practically nothing
ОтветитьThe spray bottle is not user friendly
ОтветитьI don’t get how this is done, when I use nasal sprays they all go to my throat if I’m not careful, so how does this not go to people’s throats?
Ответитьi'm a total stupid for doing this with tap water. mind you i've boiled it for like 3 minutes and add the saline solution but i'm still freaking out about the brain eater amoeba thing 😭😭
Ответить"Jal neti kriya".......😊
ОтветитьGirl needs chapstick more than a nasal rinse
ОтветитьI like that sound
ОтветитьJust buy a plastic bottle of saline solution for like 1 - 2 dollars each, take a fork, wash it very well, then pierce the tiny hole of the bottle to increase it, now just go and clean your nose.
ОтветитьI used this but after an hour when I lay down on left side there's water coming out on my nose on the right side but when I turn my head to Right it coming out from my left side 😢
ОтветитьIf you have full opacity of your maxillary sinuses... you can rinse all day and nothing will happen
Ответитьmentira!! nadie queda tan feliz después de hacer esto :C
ОтветитьPlease explain me how it works
ОтветитьEye for a eye, tooth for a tooth finger for a finger
🖕 🖕😂
hmm..is that hurt?
ОтветитьThis is called Jal-neti kriya in Ayurveda
ОтветитьEasy to see but that's very painful
ОтветитьI'm pushing it in my nose but I can feel it in my ears. Is that normal?
ОтветитьShould I hold my breath while doing this??
ОтветитьI use this every time and it always unblocks my stuffy nose. I recommend heating it in the microwave for about 25-30 secs! 100% recommended.
Ответитьmy sinuses don’t connect to eachother so everything in my nose just rots 💀💀
ОтветитьBros breathing in 8k 2160p
Ответитьhow do you do this without water going down your air pipes?
ОтветитьDon't panic 😄
ОтветитьI can’t do it. Everytime I push the water thru one nostril it hurts like hell. My eardrums like burst
ОтветитьTicking 1 lizard
ОтветитьDoes it clean block eustachian tube?
ОтветитьThat would just feel like you're drowning WTF
ОтветитьI used tap water before. Got an awful nasal infection, the worst sickness i’ve ever experienced. Lesson learned
Ответитьwhy does water fall down my throat
ОтветитьWe Muslims do this 5 times a day when preforming wudu (ablution) before every prayer.
ОтветитьNot worth it after reading comments. Don't play with your body that might cause long term problems if something goes wrong .
ОтветитьHow did you know My nose is clogged
ОтветитьThe nasal rinsing is showed here is almost same as JALNETI which is described in our traditional Indian medicinal system (Ayurveda) and Yog system.
(Thousands of years ago❤)
I try this just now and my ears now hurting me
ОтветитьI wanna do this but I am too scared
ОтветитьWhen I use a nasal rinse, the water comes out of my ears!
Ответитьinteresting and kinda gross lol
Ответитьwhy the water goes to my brain
ОтветитьПросто научитесь взять абдест
ОтветитьDoes that actually work?
ОтветитьMy relatives went to some old ashram where they basically detoxify your body over 10 days via various ayurvedic methods. Theyb also did this sinus stuff. In the beginning it seems really scary as water might enter the wind pipe, reach your brain(cause burning sensation) etc. But once you follow the instructions and are in control of your breath it's simple and easy

ОтветитьI didn't know I had a kink for low budget cgi nose fluids until this video
ОтветитьNose bled not worth it
ОтветитьIt is called Jal Neti kiya in yoga it is a daily practice of most yogi and me too every morning
In winter I used warm salty water to rinse off all mucos
Soot Neti~ is another method of cleaning nose and throat using cotton cloth strip with water🙏🇮🇳
Practice Yoga daily
This is my kingdom come
ОтветитьIs it normal that if close my second nostril the water will have big problem leaving using my mouth? Sometimes first air comes out but later water will flow eventually...
