You should use a flat wall when performing this test. The placement of the tape measure is at the skirting board in the demonstration, not the wall where the knee is touching. Therefore you won't see that extra 1-2cm of range.
ОтветитьNice video..
ОтветитьI've seen this done standing up and kneeling. Which is correct?
ОтветитьWhat if my knee can’t touch the wall without my heel coming off the ground 😳

Ответить£9+fees for a shit mug you know 🤣🤣
ОтветитьP.e teacher sent me here lol already watch this video 2 months ago then I realized I need to exercise my lower parts lol hope I passed
ОтветитьI did this with both feet, right leg it was very easy, and left leg, my knee was about inch away from the wall. I had an ankle injury 1.2 months ago. How do I improve this?
ОтветитьCan a lack of ankle mobility cause shin splints?
ОтветитьHe gets a like just because he’s cute haha
ОтветитьIs it normal to use two hands? I don’t know, one hand was way to easy, I might’ve done something wrong because I used my brother too, and he could also do one hand easily, then could do two hands easily, only 3 hands was a difficult, I’m not bragging, I’m just completely clueless as to what I’m doing wrong
ОтветитьI encourage you to modify this test! It should be done while trunk is straight in supine position - then outcome is vvalid ;).
ОтветитьWhat is the minimum on this test that would be considered "normal"?
I believe my poor ankle dorsiflexion has negatively impacted me my whole life without realizing it, as squatting is one of the key human movements and that movement pattern is required in practically all of them. My ankle mobility has severely restricted my ability to squat and so I've always made up for it in other ways without realizing it. Now I've been working on increasing that mobility and I'm wondering what is at least normal.
wtf... when i do this test my foot cant even move away from the wall. literally for my knee to be touching the wall my foot needs to also be touching.
Ответитьit hurts to do this at the top of the ankle and i sprained my ankle severely back in may and had to go to physical therapy for it :C it pops alot and hurts to do a one leg squat as well
my flexibility is fine its when i do these it hurts
Hello, i tried the test myself but i litteraly can't make any progress thoward the wall at all, basicly my max is a 90° angle between my leg and the ground.
I don't feel any pain either, i just can't move my knee forward at all any idea how to increase my range of motion in this regard ?
Hello guys. Congratulations on your videos. I have a question for you. Could you give me the title of the review of Paul Nadal? On pub med I could not find it. Thanks in advance, and good morning
