How To Create Forms in Wix

Have set up pricing plans for club membership and it includes the application for membership as a form. how can I get a trigger to send the data to my google spreadsheet? It seems the pricing plan forms don't do what the rest of the site forms do...?

This is great content, thanks. Is there a way to use automations to send a form after a person has signed up and paid for an online coaching session? This would be an intake form for the upcoming coaching session and I would not want it visible on the site. Is this possible?
