Frozen since the shut down. Being in the computer has reeked havoc on my neck, shoulders and body. I have been doing many of your exercises and slowly I am regaining my balance and strength. I look forward to seeing you ladies as I push myself to do the variety of exercises your channel offers. I just wanted to tell you that you’ve helped me so much. I will continue along with you both and am hopeful my body will once again become less tight and stronger with better posture and tone. Thank you for being here. Please continue for us.
Btw this workout felt really good on my back. You don’t realize how much your doing and how it feels til you begin and feel the reps. I really need to work on this.

ОтветитьI'm 27 years old, but I injured my neck and shoulder few years ago, but left untreated for too long so my upper body cannot do any intense workout at all. My physiotherapist assigned some workouts for me but I think they're too intense that it further hurt my other areas. I'm so glad to discover this video!! It helps me train the muscles in a gentle way! I feel my neck not as stiff right away! Also, I love seeing the way you treat your mom, so kind! I'm learning more than just doing workouts in your videos!

ОтветитьLike everyone else , I think your mom is precious and she always makes me laugh a little. This is the best series I have found so far. Not only is it great for exercise it does wonders for my stress and anxiety. After I finish all that is gone.

ОтветитьI join you five days a week; three for strength training and two for cardio. I’ve just found your stretch videos and they are great! At 72 I always seem to have lower back pain so the lower back stretches felt especially wonderful and helped me to stand straighter! Thanks for your encouragement and guidance to do all movements in all of your videos correctly. 🇨🇦

ОтветитьI'm so glad I found you! I am 67 and I have been sedentary too long. I can do these in my chair and watch you using my laptop in front of me. I think once I get the counts down, I will begin standing to get those full stretches! I subscirbed! I want to find this video again and stretch each day, 3 times a day. Soon it will become a habit. I am a grateful senior. Thank you so much.
