How to tune carb if I already tuned it and wanna change it to yours?

the in game dyno is broken, the car cant make more than 130 hp even with nitrous

I got from twin carburator 186hp and 107ft Ibs with final gear ratio 3.900 and weight reduction goes more than 200 km/h (so twin carburator 1750mk + gear ratio 1350mk = 3100 mk you gonna get achievement)
