Am I the only one who doesn't think of Edmund or Narnia when I see / hear Turkish lokum? For me I think of the country, culture, music, and Kara Sevda. Lol Reason why is because I only ever watched those movies in 6th grade (USA) and I didnt really care either lol, I was also tired and craving Donuts and when I looked up at the board I thought they were/ looked like donut holes (because of the powder) lol It wasnt until 2020 and after watching some Kara Sevda, learning some Turkish, and falling in love with the language and culture that I heard of these or found out that Edmund actually ate lokum, and not Donut holes 💀
