Thank you for the informative video. Your work and dedication in providing us with the most recent updates are much appreciated. Is there any news about the 189 visa? Also, would you recommend applying to several states via multiple EOIs? My agent strongly advised against it, saying it could hurt my chances in the different states. I read various posts of people who did find success in their PR quests using this method.

thanks for your weekly update again. I recently checked the global processing time for point-tested 189 visa and it goes up to 11 months. in addition, the data from my agent (trusted) shows that they only received <10 of 189 visa approvals within the period from September to November in various occupations (on average of 1 approval /occ). I really appreciate if you could share some news regarding visa 189 in your next video.

Hello. Just want to say thanks. I have a migration agent but the information that I got from this channel allowed me to log NSW EOI(without my agent) and recently I received an invitation to apply. I would have never gone down this path with my regular agent(Most of the agents do not actually provide value adding advices). Kudos to you for providing this information for free.

I worked in 457 VISA for a year and then converted to 482 short term VISA where I am staying in Australia with this visa for 4 years and my VISA is going to expire in Feb 2024, so as per the new 482 short term visa changes am I still eligible to raise for an extension of 482 short term visa?

I waited for 18 months on bv before they granted my 491 😮even that after i calling them. i have to wait for total 4.5 years before i can apply for PR.

Im getting so confused an agent recomended to me 482 for 2 years with my employer then 186 for pr ive been employed for 14 years with them but miss the degree for skills assesment. But now im reading that skills assesments still need doing for 186. Is this a change?

I’ve been on a 482 since 2021 and was working for my sponsor for 2 years now I’ve moved to a new employer and transferred my visa to them.

Question is can I apply for the 186 trt or will it have to be DE

Karl, many of us were on bridging visas while we were waiting for our 494/491 visa. And that should be counted towards 191 application.

Some of us waited 1 year to get our visas.its really unfair. We wasted a lot of time.

Please Karl help to raise this concern on behalf of us.
