Truth be told when someone thinks about Europe 15-19 countries come to his mind and realistically speaking that’s how it should be. With larger neighbours absorbing others UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Greece, Polonia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Yugoslavia, Norway, Sweden, Finland make the list as the important/popular/meaningful territories. Sometimes Italy would swap places with Greece similarly to Norway, Sweden or Yugoslavia becoming a more influential region than the combined Lithuania (Russia and Turkey are the line where EU ends so it’s hard to decide if those should be considered as a part of this continent).
