POWER GATING Makes Assassin's Creed Valhalla BAD

Why exactly does POWER GATING ruin an open world game? In today's video we discuss how power gating ruins the experience of Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, Ubisoft's latest release in the Assassin's Creed franchise. While power gating does play a vital role in open-world rpg games, they have to be done right and I make an example of it during the end of the video. For Assassin's Creed Valhalla, however, it poorly implements this in it's gameplay and degrades it to some form of "checklist-gaming".

This combined with the bugs that render this game unplayable at times and even prevent you from progressing the main story, make this game BAD.
