ok fine......but very roughly ...you dont saying what actually makes a generator to start?
Is it an no contact or nc contact is this contact stays continued on and when it stop goes off?
Can i use any kind of generator??

The owners manual says not to start the generator with any electrical devices connected, run for a few minutes before connecting electrical devices one at a time and to run for several minutes with the power off before switching the engine off to allow the alternator to cool. Let's say for arguments sake that the mains fails when a kettle is boiling, lights are on and maybe the washing machine is also running. Surely this could cause an overload of the AVR when the generator starts up? Could you explain please because I would like an ATS but not at the expense of buggering up my generator.
