Bite Plate

First day of using it, i cant mew😢

I just got my biteplate and I take it out when I want to eat. You'll probably lose a lot of weight by the end of it because you will have to take it out everytime you eat or if you have it while eating it'd be rlly annoying, eating food would be a big task and most of the times you'll avoid eating.

I got this recently but it goes on my bottom teeth since there is one tooth that has appeared in the back and it’s going to push it to my other teeth

i got it 2 days ago, it hurts even more than braces
