I welcome this new channel wholeheartedly! I initially found you through your investment strategy videos in which you were sitting down at a desk lol - I loved them! They were real; honest thoughts and theories that you had developed over your years in investing.

I also love your other two channels, but I have missed the broader topics. Keep it up, mate!

Hey Jeremy! Local Vegas native here (born and raised).. wondering if you could look into the financials for The Joint $JYNT.

I have neck issues and was going to a chiropractor. That industry is still so antiquated. They operate like doctor’s offices.. The Joint is a much better experience.. they’re like a fast-food version. You’re in and out in 10 minutes. I’ve noticed that they’re spreading all over Vegas.

When I first looked at their stock they were $30 per share.. a month later, they were $49 a share and I was kicking myself.
