Turn off Facebook comments on Post or Business Page! [How To on 2022]

I want to know how to turn off comments on a pre-scheduled FB post in Meta/Business Planner so that I don't have to go in after the post has been made. I want to do it when I'm making/planning the post.

There is not this option anymore. I cannot see where is now.

Is there a way to make all FB business page posts default to allow comments only from profiles or pages that were mentioned within each post? Right now it's a setting that must be done for each individual post.
