after quitting i.t and going into another course, im interested in coding more than before lol .

What do you think about programming schools for children or in general? Should I also stop going to programming schools?

Programming was fun until I learnt C++ As much as I love doing it in the moment, the language is heavily demanding and projects get very confusing quickly. I wish I could've learnt something else tbh :(

I am glad i found this video, I started with game development, and really liked it, but i had to move forward to learn web dev, learning this, from a course, day by day is extinguishing my passion and love for programming, i dived into this, thinking that after all this, i would be capable, to find new ideas, that are challenging to create, and will stay awake all night, figuring out how to build it, and building it,maybe even with a friend, that imagination was so fun to visualize. Because of your video, my dying energy for programming is restored and now even more than ever!

I love c# programming in Unity

systems programming for me! I never was much interested in web development or even in mathematical algorithms. Tinkering with the hardware from the software's perspective. its the stuff running in the background that allows you to use your computer like the way you do. absolutely fascinating!
Right now I have undertaken a quite massive project that could take me about a year and a half to complete at the current pace but being a hobby, I can choose to work when I want, If I am having a bad day and can't seem to figure out a bug I can always defer it for a later date while focusing on something else like learning assembly programming for example. believe it or not this has kept me from my chronic bouts of depression since the mind is constantly working on something and in this case its something I love doing!

basically my problem is i tried to learn as i always gets fascinated by programming but due to (i cant do this after several tries) so i just dont want to do it anymore gives me stress and mainly i get depressed more due to im aging and cant find a job.. well anyway i think i dont know i can try again but i need to learn from most of the basics i can is there any basic sectors thats easier and fun to learn with ? well mostly i always wandered how websites are made but i sucks at css XD i cant even remember it so yeah but moreover idk maybe not everything is everyone as some say

For me, coding is the assignment I have to do in order to get the program I want to have, like a whole essay written in programming language, and I've additionally conditioned myself to get upset whenever I get stuck (since it means nothing would help). I haven't done much of any coding in nearly a year and a half and my life's been slipping before my eyes. Hopefully ChatGPT makes everything easier for me

Well, coding is already fun in itself. Whatever you do makes the computer do something even if it is an error. 😅

When I was younger I was dreaming of being a game developer, then later an enterprise software developer/architect... Then I realized that is super hard. Then I discovered Javascript, CSS and HTML. I could build stuff in minutes. I could make simple games. I could build simple apps. And I accepted that and took it from there and started doing what I enjoyed - just building stuff for fun.
Now I'm a senior frontend engineer and I'm working on complex stuff but sometimes still on just building UI elements and animating them. And it's a joy. Find whatever you love doing and take it from there.
