That’s server is a Brat. She’s actively sabotaging those sisters and doing it with a wicked smile. Like a snake. Laughing at everything. She made me angry. Those bosses sucked but that server was evil.

Barefoot Bob's closed in December 2016 and no reason was given as to why they closed. Barefoot Bob's dropped a lot of Gordon Ramsay's suggestions and changes after he left and they went back to their tiki theme. Despite this, the restaurant still lasted for more than four years after the Kitchen Nightmares makeover.

John (Sals Pizzeria and Mamma Marias) probably hurt the most.
He was hanging on to the past, while life passed him by. Its understandable and we all do it to an extent when we lose so much. But this case was a bit different as John got into the restaurant as a kid and never knew anything else. He kept doing what he knew, illustrated by the vast amount of food in the freezers, as if turnover was still the same as it once was and just kept buying the same amounts of produce.
Its hard to let go. Very hard.
Just last week i threw away my kids' (now 30 and 31) cradle, kidseat, etc. It hurt, but it hurts more to keep hanging on to the past. My parents died a long time ago and i need to throw out more still. So yes, i understand Johns pain. Good for him that he managed to turn things around and take those huge steps with Gordon's help. Very well done!
