About tip 11, its hard to enjoy the game when your dead in chase in the first 10 seconds lol, thata why im here I suppose.

I'm a killer main looking to do better as a survivor. So not only will this help me be more value to my teammates as a survivor, but it will also help me understand what's going through the survivor's mind and what they have planned.
As a survivor, I often opt to run Stealth perks, such as Self Aware, Lightweight, Hex: Shadow Step, and Small Game (in combination with Hex: Shadow Step). If I do end up in a chase, I'll do everything I can to stall for my teammates.

A big tip is to play killer. Learning how a killer plays and learning what you would do is a big advantage.

I know I've played the game too much when I find myself just agreeing with tips videos instead of learning anything new XD always good to refresh yourself on the knowledge though. Great video for newer players especially. And, to any new players who read this, he is RIGHT. PLAY THE GAME. Crouching in a corner might get you wins if you're good about finding hatch or camping a door while the killer finds hatch, but the most efficient (and quickest, honestly) way to survive the game is to participate and keep your teammates alive by doing the objectives and yes, occasionally taking chases with the killer to give your team a chance to reset their health states and also do objectives. Play around with different perks. You might be trying to go for stuff like flashlight builds and such when you would actually do better with healing perks for your personal playstyle, or whatever. But the most important part is to HAVE FUN and not take a videogame so seriously that you say horrible things to someone, or break something you own out of anger. Love, someone with over 4k hours, mostly in solo queue lol.

not worrying about ranking is one of the biggest things a new player should know. when it comes down to it, rank 1 isnt very hard to achieve, more so it can be time consuming. if an average player plays the game for enough time, they will eventually get rank 1 without much trouble

didn't realize looping was hard for some people, i did get some good tips, but i find this game extremely easy to loop as playing survivor my skill lvl didn't really go up much from when i first played this game. might be cause u get to look back at killer while running. really all you have to do is hold w and hug walls or loops which should of been common sense. the only thing i had to learn playing survivor was learning the strong loops but even that isnt hard overtime.
