ОтветитьMa'am, can you throw a tip on how to prevent basmati rice to get mushy and soggy when cooked in Pressure cooker? My Pulaos come out really well when cooked in a steel or aluminium utensil but not cooker. So I stopped it. (btw, I soak the rice for 20 mins, is that ok?)
