ОтветитьI believe these are value for money Townhouses maybe Lekki side Residential New Development
ОтветитьIts all blocks, cement and sand and the desire to get million of naira..no greenery or proper neighborhood planning
ОтветитьTomorrow Government will demolish it based on several laughable reasons, guys be careful before you buy any property in Lagos or Nigeria
ОтветитьAwesome
ОтветитьI would be a very rich man over there…the question is it safe for an American
ОтветитьMost of this artisan go to other countries like Dubai and they’re doing well because they have rights tools…
ОтветитьIs there a land shortage in Nigeria? Because most of the apartments and houses look too small and compact. I have watched most of your videos and I keep on seeing the same thing.
ОтветитьYou can never get this type of house for $50,000 in America. That house would be from $190,000
ОтветитьI am in Atlanta, Georgia and I don't care about pricing at all for everything is mine in this world. I just go searching and the Properties that I Discern is for ME: I GET THEM! I sooooo LOVE this Video and I Love MaMa Africa for there's NO PLACE like HOME!!!!! Thank you Steven for helping us all out around this world.
ОтветитьCrazy how America painted the picture of what Africa looks like, when several parts of Africa looks better than America
Ответитьhow can you say there is no technical school in Nigeria to get skilled labour? That's some really ignorant talk my brother
ОтветитьI have 140million please.. what can I buy.. 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
ОтветитьSteven my husband want to buy a house like 7 bedroom duplex with swimming pool how much is it and i need your contact
ОтветитьThe asking price is on a monthly basis or...?
ОтветитьDoes he have a website
ОтветитьAre the prices In dollars or Naira?
ОтветитьYes, Africa should focus on building homes for the average working citizen, that’s where they will make money. They should also include building schools and shopping in that same areas. But they still need to do the right construction work. That kitchen has a lot of issues. They should also learn to put power lines underground.
Ответитьi have got to double up my hustle mehn. have to get one of these crazy houses out there
ОтветитьGet your plot and build a quality and luxurious homes at far cheaper price.
ОтветитьNigerian builders need to improve on their interior design ( floor plan) of their buildings. In my observations, the units are disjointed and disconnected in terms of functionality. How do they put Master bath on one side of the room and closet on the opposite side. Should people walk naked across the room from bath to the closet to grab their clothes?
There are also unnecessary walls and doors that make spaces look smaller and enclosed. Also, natural sunlight light in the rooms aren't a thing for them. the rooms are dark & gloomy during the day because of lack of sunlight.
Cross ventilation aren't a thing for them, either. Most of those houses over priced. Imagine well built quality luxurious homes with a lot thoughts that goes into it you'd buy for the same price in Texas.
Very impressive looking homes! How far away is the beach?
Ответить$38,000???
ОтветитьIt’s 👀 $50,000!
Try finding this for $50,000 in USA. Hands Down! Great Residence!
WOW this looks sick..can foreigners buy as well?
ОтветитьNah! nah! nah! Cant put my hard earned money on a poor quality like this. The problem is that these people have not really seen good homes and quality furnishings unfortunately. This is why you see people's kitchens with broken cabinets, rusted toilet appliances that do not work. Nah!!!Mr. Realtor, try not to put yourself up with poor quality homes for sale. Agree to see quality and get the money. Unfortunately most of the buyers don't know the difference.
ОтветитьI think when it comes to your home the quality is extremely important. Who cares if the outside appears to luxury if the inside is equipped with poor quality appliances, wiring, walls and water. I do not live in Nigeria but all humans think alike when it comes to purchasing with our hard earned $$. Not judging these I am not there to see. Just as developers keep that in mind
ОтветитьHopefully the government doesn't knock it down.
ОтветитьVery nice. Outside of homes, what else are they building in those areas? Schools, stores, medical facilities, etc.
ОтветитьShould have asked the man, after building all these house why they always have rubbish roads and no side walks.
ОтветитьOnes neighbour can touch him or her across the window. No privacy . Poor ventilation for over a hundred million? Greed for profit. Concrete barracks for the rich. Very sad for nigeria because their is no regulation or standard. In some countries you are told how many meters you will leave from the fence. Minimum Size of the balcony and Size of window which is usually big or enough windows. It’s poor

Ответитьlol then tinubu and friends will come and break it lol. Make i go my villa
ОтветитьVery good value for money
ОтветитьI am totally blown away, Nigeria is putting up good, modern houses. This is very nice, guys.

Ответитьdo you need to be a resident there or have citizenship to be able to purchase there? IF not how do I contact this guy?
ОтветитьFrom this location to civilization which is just about 20kilometer away can take you good 3 hrs on the road

ОтветитьReal estate investment is not as straightforward as they make it look. Most of the properties end up empty collecting dust
ОтветитьSomething that i noticed at Nigerian real estate, is that there’re beautiful houses, but at the same time they don’t invest in the neighborhood… there are visual pollution everywhere
ОтветитьOver crowded. No space, no green areas . I still think south Africa and kenya have the best really estates in Africa
ОтветитьThe Chicken at Ologolo had me rolling looool @StevenNdukwu
