This reminds me one of my best friends went to the Great Barrier Reef and had been trapped in hotel for 5 days without visiting any islands due to heavy rain and storm. Typical hotel tour. 😂

It rained when was there but no loud tour groups. I think it was a Wednesday and the slow season. It was like floating in a dream. ☁️

I visited there in November 2010. It’s amazing. Weather is great with few travelers on the top of mountain.

I am living in Denmark. Every year I send living expenses to my mother who lives in China. She is 74 years old. From August 2019, the staff from China bank of City Branch had refused my mother to withdraw money from bank for various strange reasons. On 31th April 2021, they said that my mother`s received is a fake receipt. On 7th May, American Bank sent an email to China Bank. on 8th May, the bank called my mother to withdraw money. I complained through various channels in China, however no one paid any attention. My mother and I awake at night because of this, and we cannot swallow food for this reason. Now I ask for help from everywhere, hopefully China bank can handle it by law. Experienced lawyers are welcome to contact me, but they can only be payed after winning the lawsuit. Otherwise, there is no payment.

Even with the horrible weather, the views you were able to catch were beautiful and I'd be completely fine with it if I got to visit China.

the park is so huge you need at least 3-4 days to see a good portion of it. hardcore photographers may like to stay 7 days to account for bad weather / haze days.

Many areas of Chinese mountains can end up like this. I toured China in the middle of winter. Such an interesting experience and I won't ever forget the frost on the trees and slippery conditions going up the walkway to my hotel (only accessible by foot) when I stayed on Wutaishan 五台山。

So many people who dont even like Nature come to such places because most people do not know how to live without constantly following a crowd. Those railings that look like concrete tree trunks seem ugly. But a KFC or Mcdonalds on this mountain just ruins the point of being with nature.
